Sibshops are peer support and educational programs where school age brothers and sisters meet other young siblings to have fun, laugh, talk about the good and not so good parts of having a sibling with special needs. Play some great games and learn something about the services their brother or sister receive.
Sibshops Teen

For participants aged 13-17

Teen Sibshops focuses on self-esteem building, peer connections, and topics related to being a sibling of someone with special needs through activities and discussions.

Sessions take place on Saturdays – 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

* The Sibshop model was developed by Don Meyer of the Sibling Support Project. Training Sibshop facilitators across the country and the world. Sibshop facilitators are often family members of people with disabilities or service providers and in our case teachers.
