Hosted by Autism United of WI, this training session aims to provide the congregation with biblical insights and practical skills to support families with children on the Autism Spectrum.
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
Understand Autism Spectrum Disorder and how it affects children and families
Recognize sensory, communication, and behavioral needs common in Autism
Respond with patience, compassion, and confidence in challenging situations
Apply practical strategies to support children with Autism during church services and activities
Partner with parents and caregivers in respectful and supportive ways.
