Julie Arens is a recently retired Racine Unified School District educator. Her educational positions included Early Childhood Special Education Teacher, Districtwide Autism Support Teacher, and Program Support Teacher/Diagnostician. Julie has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education from UW-Whitewater. She has served on Autism United of Wisconsin Board of Directors and the Education Committee for 17 years.

Jennifer Lemke Pawlak

Jennifer Lemke-Pawlak brings over two decades of dedicated experience in education, including 22 years as a classroom teacher with 14 years of online teaching expertise. Currently working as an educational consultant and parent coach, Jennifer specializes in supporting families with children who experience the world differently. As the proud mother of three neurodivergent young adults, Jennifer combines professional expertise with deep personal insight to advocate for and empower the Autism community. 

Peggy Schofield

Peggy worked for 20+ years in education; as a general education teacher, special education teacher, support teacher and Coordinator of Special Education. Before working in education, she worked as an Independent Living Coordinator and a supervisor in a residential program for adults with disabilities. She is the mother of two and grandmother of two, thoroughly enjoying spending time with them, even when it is online. Peggy likes to learn from all those around her and believes strongly that everyone has something important to contribute to the world.

Lucetta Adams, M.Ed., is a Program Support Teacher with Milwaukee Public Schools, where she has served educators and students since 2005. Specializing in Autism and behavior support, Lucetta provides direct guidance to teachers to help them implement best practices for student achievement. She leads district-wide professional development training on behavioral strategies, sensory systems, and crisis prevention. Additionally, Lucetta holds a Master's in Special Education from UW–Oshkosh and has served on the Autism United Education Committee since 2017.

Cheryl Moseley
Specialized Services Community Manager | Milwaukee Public Schools

Cheryl Moseley is a Specialized Services Community Manager who has worked with Milwaukee Public Schools for thirty-four years. During her time at MPS, Cheryl has worked as a Special Education Teacher, a Diagnostic Teacher, and a Special Education Supervisor before becoming a Specialized Services Community Manager in 2016. In her current role, Cheryl oversees Special Education programs in twenty-four schools. She ensures that Special Education processes and procedures are followed, supports staff, and works with families to resolve issues.

Cheryl has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Special Education and a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership. She currently holds the following DPI licenses: Principal, Director of Special Education and Pupil Services, Director of Instruction, and a lifetime Special Education Teacher. Cheryl has devoted her career to supporting children with disabilities and their families. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, as well as reading.
